This service (Naughty Poker) is provided by Naughty Poker (“NP”) to you ("you" or "user"), subject to the terms of this Naughty Poker agreement ("Agreement"), and the rules that may be published from at selected times by NP. Naught Poker currently is provided as a free service to any user who agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. NP reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time. Users who violate the terms of this Agreement will have their NP profile canceled and they may permanently be banned from using NP ENTERING THE GAME CONSOLE OF NP WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

 NAUGHTY POKER RULES
: You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your account. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in Naughty Poker terminating your account. You agree not to do any of the following actions while using Naughty Poker: 
Harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another Naughty Poker participant, user, or other individual or entity; transmit via Naughty Poker any information, data, text, files, software, links, or other materials ("Content") that Naughty Poker considers to be unlawful, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; impersonating in Naughty Poker any person, including but not limited to, a NP representative to disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in a Naughty Poker room or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants; and intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, provincial, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing Naughty Poker or in connection with your use of Naughty Poker in any manner.
